Looks realy good, but how did you do it that the sidebar overlaps the taskbar? And what about the pictograms at the right?

Think the image is just a eye trick. The sidebar is not transparant. That's because he doesn't wanna show the icons at the right bottom ;) The taskbar is not set to"keep the taskbar on top", and he changed the sidebar's default PNG so it will give you an overlapping effect. Voila.
