I tried to connect thru zune.net However, I can’t do it. Page doesn’t provide any answer when I press Accept. Any ideas.

I’M SIGNED IN!!!! I had to call Norton so they could unintstall fully their Norton product. After that, I could sign into the Zune software.

Where is the account edit screen? I don’t see it when I log onto zune.net. What am I supposed to be seeing once I’m logged into zune.net? Thanks.

Was using Firefox. Once I used IE, everything was fine and the account options were the first thing to pop up.

GD Microsoft. You can’t design web sites for shit….

That’s a good fix – however, I get a PAGE UNAVAILABLE when I try to access my account options. Can sign into and out of the service fine. Very frustrating…
